Our featured speaker is Rob Holmes, Co-Founder and President of ForgeNow
Subject of his talk: Changing Lives and Launching Careers, a game changer for the trades

ForgeNow equips, trains, credentials, and provides career placement support in the traditional tool-belt trades. It offers hands-on training courses tailored for real-world field requirements. Rob is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point. He was commissioned as an Armor officer in the US Army and was decorated with the Bronze Star for Valor under enemy fire in Iraq. In just four years as a civilian, his innovative career skills school ForgeNow has graduated over 1,700 technicians now working in 39 states for over 250 contractors. About 50% of the school’s applicants are military veterans in transition after completing service. The other 50% are broadly from the “under-employed.”
