What's happening to our food supply? Come Monday to find out.

Our next meeting is April 1st (Monday) at 7 p.m.

Our Speaker is Ammon Blair, Senior Fellow at Texas Public Policy Foundation

His topic is: How the US government is using food as a weapon in the war against you.

Location is Edwards Community Room, 1st National Bank of Tom Bean,

109 S. Britton, Tom Bean, TX (corner of King and Britton)

Note the quote from Henry Kissinger: “Control oil and you control nations; control food and you control the people.”

A food war is brewing and American farmers and ranchers are on the front lines. Family owned farms are the backbone of America. Ninety-eight percent of U.S. farms are operated by families. Eighty-six percent of all U.S. agricultural products are produced on family farms or ranches.

Most of us don’t give much thought to where our food is coming from. The backbone of America is being crushed under the weight of the Biden administration’s policies. The Biden administration’s looming tax hikes, incentives to put farm land out of production, and plan to put 30% of all U.S. land and water into conservation by 2030 threaten American farmers’ and ranchers’ way of life, as well as our nation’s food security. The cattle Industry is the final frontier before the ‘Global Elites’ have taken complete control of our food supply through environmental / climate regulation. Tyson closed six plants in 2023 and plans to now close its Perry, Iowa, pork plant.

We must fight to save the American dream of independence and security. The cost of food is rising constantly causing many to go hungry. Get involved by contacting your representative and telling them that over-taxing American farms, ranches, and businesses will crush the backbone of America.   (excerpts from Food War: Farmers, Ranchers & Our Food Security.)

Ammon has over 10 years experience as a U.S. Border Patrol Agent serving in the Rio Grande Valley Sector, and he is a 22 plus year Army Veteran, both as an enlisted soldier and as a commissioned officer. He recently joined the Texas Public Policy Foundation's (TPPF) 'Secure & Sovereign Frontier'. Here he advocates for effective border security and immigration policies that protect the sovereignty and safety of Texas and the nation. He is also a consultant for Omni Intelligence, a private company that provides intelligence and analytics services to government agencies and media about transnational and domestic threats to Texas and the U.S.

Everyone is welcome.  It is free to the public.  We are the Grassroots and can no longer be silent.

Mark your calendar for our next April meeting on April 18 at 7 p.m. at the Grayson County Courthouse in Sherman. We are holding a MEET & GREET the Runoff Candidates.
