Predatory gambling is one of America’s biggest and most neglected problems. We didn’t realize how powerful corporate gambling interests are in Texas. Casino marketing preys heavily on the poor, the elderly, and the less educated population. Young adults are at particular risk for developing addiction through online sports betting. Attend our meeting on the 28th and learn what Texans for Fiscal Responsibility is doing to prohibit predatory gambling in every form and how it is working to protect us, the tax payer, from the harms that

come with the expansion of gambling in the Lone Star State.

Destin Sensky is the Executive Director at Texans for Fiscal Responsibility. He has served conservative causes for over 10 years, including roles in the Texas Senate, as a Capitol journalist, and as a leader on campaigns across the state. Though a native of Tennessee, he has called Texas home for over 18 years. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he studied Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, and Political Science. He and his wife reside in Johnson County.
