McVeigh is dedicated to fighting for a more prosperous Texas for taxpayers and families.  He will be talking to us about the property tax system, the failures of recent property tax “relief” efforts, the threat of ever-growing government, and the path to reclaim prosperity and affordability in Texas.  Completely eliminating all property tax is one of the eight priorities chosen by delegates at the GOP state convention, June 2026 in Houston, Texas.  This legislative priority let the legislators know where the voters stand on the issue.
