On January 27, 2021, the current occupant of the White House issued Executive Order 14008 seeking to implement the radical 30x30 land grab program. This land grab seeks to lock up at least 30% of all lands and waters in the U.S. by the year 2030. Private lands are not exempt from this initiative, and hundreds of millions of additional acres currently managed for multiple use or economic development are threatened by this initiative. Governor Abbott, together with 14 other governors, was signatory on a letter to Biden opposing this radical program as it would “violate property rights and hurt the Texas economy.” Rep Pat Fallon is an original co- sponsor of H.R. 3014 “30x30 Termination Act.” 30x30 is an unconstitutional policy shift moving us from a nation founded on private property principles to one controlled by the administrative state. Proponents argue that climate impacts are human-caused so permanently preserving 30% of America’s land and oceans is necessary to reverse climate change. President Biden and foreign cronies want to line the entire Texas coast soon with offshore “Green New Deal” windfarms. Potentially hundreds of miles of foreign- owned 850-foot-tall wind mills will line our entire coast of the Gulf of Mexico.
