Dr. Chen is an independent public speaker on human rights in China and the Communist Party’s infiltration into the United States. Chen was born at the end of the Great Cultural Revolution. Because of her personal experience of being brainwashed in China, she decided to be a voice for the voiceless.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) quickly gained financial power after China joined the World Trade Organization. During the past 20 years, the Chinese government built up business ties with Hollywood and over 30 mainstream media worldwide to tell a better story about China. They have infiltrated our colleges and set up Confucius Institutes. The Chinese consulates actively manipulate Chinese Americans and business owners who may steal intellectual property or influence elections. The U.S. lawmakers cannot stop at “condemning human rights abuses in China.” They must take serious actions to prevent American businesses from sponsoring the CCP.
Dr. Chen has a passion for Chinese culture and history. Since 2012, she has given hundreds of presentations to community organizations about Chinese culture, history, and human rights. In 1994, she came to the U.S. for graduate school, and in 2000 she received a doctorate in Biology at the California Institute of Technology. She has been working as a scientific staffer for Caltech since 2000.
